His extensive experience in healthcare leadership will be essential as he navigates the complexities of running such a multifaceted facility.

From 2012 to 2023, he was the CEO of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Tallahassee, where he managed a $20 million facility expansion and saw growth in inpatient volume.
