Cano Health filed for Chapter 11 reorganization in February 2024, a critical move that allowed the company to restructure its operations effectively. After the restructuring, the company transitioned to a private entity, with its largest secured creditors taking over ownership. So far, the company has realized $270 million in cost savings, with an ambitious target of $290 million by the end of the year.
