Pasley is no stranger to the healthcare landscape in the region, having spent two decades at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH), where he held several prominent leadership positions. His roles included Nursing Director of Outpatient Surgery, Director of Patient Flow in Hospital Nursing Operations, and Administrator of the TMH Rehabilitation Center. Most notably, the TMH Rehabilitation Center earned a five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) under his leadership. Additionally, Pasley guided the Home Health services to achieve a 3.5-star CMS rating, demonstrating his commitment to quality improvement and clinical excellence.

Throughout his time at TMH, Pasley also oversaw the Outpatient Neurological Clinic, which provided care for an average of 70 to 90 patients on a daily basis. His reputation for operational management and quality services has made him a well-respected figure in the medical community.

In addition to his impressive professional background, Pasley is a U.S. Army veteran, having served seven years on active duty as a Combat Medic and Licensed Practical Nurse. Outside of his extensive experience, Pasley is reputable for his dual master’s degrees in nursing and business administration. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Healthcare Leadership at Florida State University, further enhancing his competencies in healthcare management.
