One of his lasting legacies is the establishment of the Northeast Branch Library, which was dedicated in his honor on November 22, 2023. Additionally, he played a vital role in the protection and preservation of the historic Bradfordville School House and advocated for the construction of a full-service fire station at the intersection of Bull Headley and Bannerman roads. He also supported critical transportation improvements along Thomasville Road.
