Bodiford, born on March 4, 1974, spent many years shaping young minds as a Media Specialist at Ruediger Elementary School. Her creativity, kindness, and unwavering dedication made her an invaluable resource for both students and colleagues. Prior to her role at Ruediger, she taught at Kate Sullivan Elementary School, where she instilled a love for reading and learning in countless children.

She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Bodiford, who carries forward the legacy of her mother’s love and commitment to education. Other family members include her father, Sonny Thornsberry; her mother-in-law, Libby Bodiford; her brother, Keith Thornsberry; and his wife, Christina Nall. Many cousins and friends also remember her fondly and will miss her strength and compassion deeply.
